331 Cortland Marketplace is a collection of small pop-up style restaurants and food vendors that share a storefront space. Good spot for lunch.

Three restaurants inside of one storefront: Middle Eastern/Israeli, Thai food, and Jamaican food. I often get food to go and walk to Holly Park to eat it on a bench!
