This is a great way to get a nature fix in the middle of the city. “All equipment is provided and you get to paddle the LA River with George Wolfe, a National River Hero and an urban river kayak pioneer!”

I've never done this but I can't imagine it's anything less than awesome. If nothing else, grab one of our bikes and hit river bike trail, tons of cool stuff in Frogtown and interesting people cruising around.
