Only some of you might know that this strange looking mountain was originally file of garbage. Turned to the nature since the city of Seoul decided not to trash here anymore. Amazing scenery on top.

'Noeul Park' Originally known as Nanjido and used as a landfill until the 90s, Noeul Park was able to transform itself into an eco-friendly park through various urban regeneration and environmental projects. As part of World Cup Park, Noeul Park has become a greener place, offering up natural habitats for wildlife and recreational spaces for the citizens including sports facilities and various walking trails. At the observatory deck, visitors can see and admire the scenic view of Hangang River, Olympicdaegyo Bridge, and Nanji Hangang Park and Campground near Gayangdaegyo Bridge and Yanghwadaegyo Bridge all throughout the year. Electric shuttle buses are available for easier access to the Noeul Park observatory deck. Noeul Park, which was a landfill named Nanjido until the 1990s, was transformed into a World Cup Park through environmental regeneration projects, and was reborn as a place where citizens can enjoy leisure, including natural vegetation, sports facilities and walking trails. Observation deck has become a place where you can enjoy the scenery of the campgrounds of the Han River, Olympic Boulevard, and Nanji Han River Park around Gayang Bridge and Yanghwa Bridge all year round. Electric cars are also available to climb up to the observation deck.
