NEIGHBORHOOD: 8th Avenue/Melrose WHY WE LOVE IT: the downstairs is a great place to have a drink and there’s a fun “bluegrass brunch” on Sundays We Recommend: Southern Butter Pecan Skillet Cookie TIPS: it’s just around the corner on 8th Avenue, so take a Lyft/Uber as parking can be super difficult and the valet only accepts cash

Bottomless mimosas! And they offer a "Bluegrass Brunch" with live performances from some amazing local bands. But be sure to get here early, the wait can sometimes be over an hour.
