You need to enter the building and go to top floor with elavator. After elevator, climb one floor more and there is probably caffee with best view.

The hotel has a stunning cafe on the terrace of Hotel Hecco. The view is amazing, gives you a clear view of Sarajevo from all directions. The prices are very reasonable.
