The Doctor's Garden is a park in Sofia between the streets of Oborishte and Shipka. It is located on the back of the National Library "St. St. Cyril and Methodius "and near a large part of the historical monuments of the capital and the state institutions. The name of the park is named after the Doctor's Memorial built in memory of the fallen medical workers during the Russo-Turkish War of Liberation from 1877-1878, most of whom worked in the mission of the Russian Red Cross and fallen into the fighting Pleven, Plovdiv, Mechka and Shipka peak. The monument was built in 1883-1884 by a project of the Russian architect of Czech origin Antonii Osipovich Tomishko

A lot of restaurants, coffe shops, bakeries, art and book stores around;) Great playgrounds. Almost all the embassies are situated in this area. 8 minutes by walking from the Apartament
