A varied menu by Chuck Hughes from seafood platters, short ribs and risotto. Absolutely delicious. It can be quite loud. we had a fun time sitting at the bar :) Reservations required. Closed on Mondays. Estimated cost: app $15-$18, main $27-$40.

Super star chef Chuck Hughes' restaurant in Old Montreal is great, it's mostly comfort with a fancy twist.
