Great hiking trails and a huge park at the base of the mountain with running/walking trails, tennis courts, volleyball court, lots of grass, and so much more!

Moderate hike up or around Lookout Mountain. Great views of the city. 14 min drive The hike up does have a lot of loose rocks, going slow will work or bring hiking poles. The parking lot is small so parking in the neighborhood (where signs allow) is ok. The parking lot does close but it will allow exiting at any time.
