Stage of a sword duel between two key figures of the nineteenth century Portuguese literature, Ramalho Ortigão & Antero de Quental, this garden is one of the most splendid of such sites in the city. Apart from its majestic magnolias, it has a lake with some varieties of animals and an artificial grotto to make your walks more interesting.
