This lovely eight-mile stretch extends from Silver Spring to Union Station, and once connected the nation’s capital to the main line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. Good route for jogging. There is an access point directly across from the NoMa Metro entrance on M Street.

Local bike path that runs from Union Station in downtown DC all the way up through my neighborhood and to Silver Spring, Md.

You won't find much nature here, but it's a great place to go for a run or bike ride.

Rent a bike and head down to the national mall. Enjoy lots of murals and public art along the way on the best bike trail in the city!
