A great place to explore Foxton's local history and learn some interesting facts. There are several interactive displays available - including traditional Dutch clothing that you are welcome to try on - just make sure you get a photo!

An Award winning Riverside Cultural Park. Within you will find a mix of exhibitions and museum presentations. Under one roof is the living room, the Oranjehof Dutch Connection Centre, the Piriharakeke Generation Inspiration Centre, a Māori museum & arts, and the Foxton Community Hub. It is also a library, cafe, Council reception all in the grounds of the Windmill and Dutch bakery.

92 Main Street, Foxton, New Zealand Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom is a unique place in New Zealand. It is home to two museums – including a national museum - but much more; it is also home to the local library and service centre and has intimate spaces, places for socializing, meeting and play.
