Garvin Heights is another quick drive 2 miles up the bluff. Garvin Heights offers a great overview of the city, lakes and river.

Breathtaking, panoramic views of Winona from 500 feet above the river valley. You can see why Winona got its name "The Island City" from this lookout! Catch a sunrise or sunset for an extra special experience.

A beautiful place to see all of Winona and then some. Drive to the look out and a short walk with two look outs to look from. Hiking in the area.
