Incredibly close trailhead with some beautiful hikes. Note: These trails often still have a good amount of packed down snow - crampons are advised.

This is a short hike on the west side or Pikes Peak, with easy access from State Highway 67. It is approximately 10 miles from the cabin. It starts out steep from the parking lot but levels off to a very nice hike. Absolutely a local favorite! And can be busy on the weekends.

make sure when you go hiking here to go up and past the waterfall. It is a bit of a climb but the scenery is worth it. It is a very easy hike and has really great views.

A great trail that kids will enjoy with small waterfalls at the end.
