Ostrów Tumski is an island and the oldest part of Wrocław. Surrounded by the River Oder, this former garden, which gave rise to the city of Wrocław, is now featuring a number of impressive monuments.

Ostrów Tumski is the oldest, historic part of the city of Wrocław, which is often visited by tourists, full of monuments and museums. This is one of the few places where time passes more slowly. Gas lanterns, shining at night, romantic corners, such as the Tumski Bridge, encourage to lazy, slow walks, slow down the pace, catch your breath and rest.

Najstarsza część miasta, Wyspa pełna kościołów. Miejsce warte odwiedzenia za dnia jak i nocą./ Oldest part of the city known as a “Churches Island” (not an actual Island right now) worthy to see during the day and during the night. Perfect place for a walk.
