The exposition of the National Art Museum of Ukraine includes masterpieces of Ukrainian paintings and sculpture, dating back to the times of Kievan Rus (the federation of East Slavic tribes from the 9th to 13th centuries).

You can easily reach the Museum by bus 62. There is a good collection of Ukrainian art on the ground floor, and expositions that change on the first floor. It is not so big, but I always spendmuch time there discovering our painters. The guided tours are also avalable.
