Fun Mexican food. For me this is a hit starting at 3pm, with or without ski boots!

Vail Village/ Where many of my friends converge in the springtime to watch skiers come down the slopes, good food, great Margaritas! Pretty affordable. Plan on heading there early to meet friends for apres ski. You may be lucky to get a table in the spring but worth the wait.
