The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. Families welcome, property sleeps 3-4 with sofa bed in lounge area. Dogs welcome.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

This is a fully furnished mobile home in the grounds of a detached cottage on the outskirts of Titchfield, which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. There is space to park a car off the road. There is a local village centre and more shops at larger local centres in Fareham and Whiteley. There is no washing machine or dryer in the property but guests can use the facilities in the main house.
