Featuring one of Paducah’s only roof-top decks, it’s the perfect place to kick back and enjoy playing games with the family or watching movies on the outdoor rooftop theatre. Convenient to Garden of the God’s Recreation area, which is great for hiking!

Quiet location, with carport for parking and additional street parking. Pet friendly neighborhood, with dog park right down the street. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, indoor dining area, walk in tile shower, queen size bed in bedroom and queen size sofa sleeper. Office space and high speed wifi. Outside porch for warm weather days.

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

Beautiful studio apartment in the heart of downtown Paducah. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony that overlooks the Ohio River, Carson Center lawn, and Kentucky Avenue. One of the best things about staying at our apartments is all income goes directly to Market House Theatre, a not for profit, awarding winning theatre that strives for arts education in the area.
