We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.

Beautiful and newly refinished private basement located 25 minutes by bus or car to downtown New York City. The apartment comes with a private bathroom and entrance, living space with couches, and one comfortable private bedroom. No kitchen is included but a small refrigerator is available for guest use. The apartment is within a 5 minute walking distance to the NJ transit bus to New York City, a park and outdoor tennis court, and several restaurants.

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
