Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Klein aber fein

Kleine Einzimmerwohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Mit Kochecke, kleinem Balkon und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Ideal für Gäste die auf der Durchreise sind, Wanderer und Skifahrer die sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind, sich am Abend noch eine Kleinigkeit kochen wollen und den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen wollen. Man kann sich in der Küche ein leckeres Essen zu bereiten, jedoch kein Dreigänge Menü, da sie nur über zwei Kochplatten verfügt und kein Backofen, jedoch eine Mikrowelle vorhanden ist. Will man viel Platz ist unser Zimmer sicher das falsche.

Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus und dem Zug in 20 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) sowie verschiedene Restaurants (Pizzeria, Chinesisches Restaurant, usw.) sind ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Die Wohnung, bestehend aus Vorraum, Badezimmer und Wohnraum (Küche, Essecke, Sofa, Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher), wurde 2018 komplett neu renoviert. ACHTUNG: - Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock & es gibt keinen Aufzug! - Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist recht eng, eine Alternative können wir leider nicht bieten.
