It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to the local shopping centre. The studio has its own deck and lawn area to enjoy the sunshine and take in the stunning sunsets over Papamoa Hills. Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
