It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. There is a friendly miniature cavoodle on the property who may come for a pat. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house

Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Relax at this fully self contained seperate studio located in a private setting. Perfect location for travellers to use as a base, or people working on assignment in Tauranga…Located 5mins from ‘The Crossing’ shopping centre, and with easy access to Downtown Tauranga, The Mount, and over the Kaimais to Hobbiton, Hamilton and Rotorua.
