Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Breakfast supplies including muesli, fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast. Fiber B/Band. Not fancy accommodation. Good quality linen and comfortable bed.

Sunny and private 2-bedroom cottage on the water's edge at beautiful Acacia Bay. Just a 7-minute drive to the town centre and a 10-minute walk to the local bar/brasserie and store. Well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between bookings, and all our linen is top quality and professionally laundered. Smart TV and Wi-fi available. No cleaning fee.

New Entire Guesthouse

You'll have a comfortable stay in our modern, very clean, cosy & warm new-build (3 years old), self-contained 2 bedroom unit with large private deck. 4km from Taupo town in Two Mile Bay, opposite the Waipahihi Botanical Gardens and 1km from the lake foreshore. Best suited up to 4 people but allows up to 6 with the new comfortable mattress type sofa bed in the lounge for guests 5 & 6. Please keep this in mind.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful, spacious studio room with queen bed and en-suite. Sit on your private deck and listen for the native Tui that love the large "strawberry" trees, and watch the playful Piwakawaka (fantail) flitting from tree to tree. Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful clear waters of the lake, or the popular local bar/restaurant for some refreshments.

Our place is a modern, cosy, self-contained (no oven/stovetop) furnished apartment with private guest access. It is warm, sunny and close to the lake and shops. It is quiet, comfy and clean with double glazing and a modern heat pump. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and friends We live upstairs but you have your privacy and own entry.

Located down the driveway next to the garage. Happy to have well behaved pets. Gate behind unit which goes direct onto the reserve. Smoking outside only. Parking off road right outside.
