It is ideally situated for exploring Exmoor, Minehead and the coast which is only 4 miles away. Roadwater is situated on the Coleridge Way for a convenient overnight stop. There is a large garden which guests are welcome to enjoy. Another room with bunk beds is on separate listing. Breakfast is included.

Our 17th Century House is minutes from the M5 J23

A double bedroom for 2 guests - cot available for under 2s - on the first floor. Sole use of WC next to the room and a private bathroom downstairs. Slippers and robes are provided free of charge as you have to walk through the house. There is a dedicated sitting area on the landing with views of the large garden. A wide range of teas and coffees are available in the room. Free Wi-Fi. A delicious continental breakfast is included and taken in the dining room, which dates back to 1620.

The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There are two further Air BnBs - Footmans, opposite and The Old Dairy, beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.
