Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. This detached property is situated in a private road overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It is light and spacious with a large and very comfortable living area. There is an outside terrace with sea views. Parking for 2 cars in parking bay on private road. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided - and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel for each guest. Guests must be able to manage steps down to the property entrance and the hill down to the harbour area.
