Serenity @ Scamander is a 1 bedroom privately owned unit in a bush setting. It's location and outlook is a feature which includes both the Scamander River and the stunning coastline. Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.
