The apartment is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but only a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Property was formerly managed by a local company we were co-hosts. We lost reviews when we became hosts. Lakehouse apartment (bottom floor with pictures) is located in southeast corner of Lake Martin - Blue Creek area. 200+ feet of waterfront. Fish off the dock, cornhole game, a nap for two on our hammock or relax on the deck or dock. 1 private boat slip is available. Propane grill with propane provided. Private entrance with code. Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

Sunset views await you at this family friendly retreat! The main house has a large living room/kitchen/ dining area that opens directly to the amazing back yard and view! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with basic small appliances/cookware, sleeping for 9 and 2 full baths. The detached garge opens on both sides to become an amazing gameroom/breezeway for gathering & access to the water. The upstairs apartment sleeps 8, has 1 full bath, kitchen and deck. Boat parking available along the pier.

This 1 BR 900sq ft of charm with porches on 3 sides includes hot tub, TV, propane/charcoal grill, rocking chairs, & open sundeck area. The front porch is large and high enough to play a fun game of cornhole with friends or family. Plenty of parking, even if you are trailering a boat, with boat ramp access only two houses away. Enjoy the stress free atmosphere while you sit on the porch and listen to the creek, sounds of nature and watch for Bald Eagles or Osprey fishing in the slough.
