The property is located 25 minutes from the Omaha metro area as well as less than 10 minutes from the Wabash Trace, a bike trail that travels through Mills County.

Welcome to the Cottage at Oak Aven Acres. Enjoy the beauty, and peace and quiet of rural living in this PRIVATE two bedroom Cape Cod style cottage, surrounded by eighty acres of native timber. Welcome to 508 cottage! There are many attractions within walking distance . Chief Standing Bear Trail, located less than one block away. We are also located just four blocks from down town. There you will find a variety of locally owned shops, a winery called Tall Tree Tastings, and a brewery called Stone Hollow . Homestead National Historical Park is a short six mile drive away. We also have another Airbnb located beside this property called The Wesley house.
