Welcome! Come explore the wonderful area of Mount Vernon, Iowa. We are within walking distance to Main Street, its shops and eateries, Bijou Movie Theater, and Cornell College! Both Cedar Rapids and Iowa City are also a short drive away. You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home! The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests. A Queen Air Mattress is available for an additional 2 guests. There is a $15 fee per night per person for 7th and 8th guest. 8 guests max.

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

Come enjoy a relaxing get away on beautiful Sugar Bottom Road. A great place for the outdoor enthusiast, no matter the season. Ideal also for quiet relaxation and privacy. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. The house is well appointed with a full kitchen, two luxurious queen beds, wifi and a Smart TV. Guests are invited to explore our 20-acre working farm with lots of livestock and two friendly dogs. Guests have their own private lower level with private entrance and check in. 1100 square feet of space. The bedroom features a king size bed. Two living areas include: queen bed, large flatscreen tv and fireplace. The newly remodeled full kitchenette features a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, washer/dryer, coffee bar and sink.

Location! You cant get any better than the location of Sandstone Haus at Amana. Steps from boutique shopping, wineries, resteraunts, and a brewery! This two bedrooms( each with a king bed)one bathroom suite is a perfect place to spend a night, weekend, or a week in Amana. You do walk thru one bedroom to get to the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a very comfortable power reclining sofa. We have two smart tv's in this space, a few apps are available on the tv for free.
