The Loft at the Historic Benjamin Ten Broeck House

We welcome you to step back in time and enjoy a restful weekend of rural leisure in the welcoming Hudson Valley countryside. The LOFT is a large comfortable very private room with en suite and private entry. The house has been welcoming guest since 1751, and we are happy to share that history of hospitality with you. Our location is right at the cross roads of the Mid Hudson Valley, it literally takes only minutes to drive to; Rhinebeck, the Kingston waterfront or Kingston Stockade District, and 15 minutes to Woodstock or Bard College. Additionally there is another beautifully appointed room available on property for people or families traveling together who need two rooms. Although we are considered a B&B, don't expect breakfast. What you will find in your room - is a bowl of seasonal fruit and some local baked goods along side a Keurig coffeemaker and a compact refrigerator stocked with half and half and yogurt to start your morning off with. Garden space and terrace. We try and stay out of our guests way, often even arranging to leave a key out. We want our guest to be able to arrive whenever they want, with no pressure or time schedule to keep. That being said we are always just a call away and can provide expert advice on what to see, where to be seen, and great places to dine. There is no shortage of things to do in the area, so it is helpful to have a savvy local host help winnow out the options, don't be afraid to ask! The Benjamin Ten Broeck House is located on Flatbush Road, just north of Kingston. With easy access to Rhinebeck and Kingston, the house is also close to Saugerties and Woodstock. Amtrak and Uber now available! 10 minutes from Rhinecliff train station. Exceptional clean, well fitted out with comfortable furniture, British country life motifs abound, quality linens, and perfect privacy abounds. Loose yourself in time, in a space designed for easy comfort and relaxation!

Shops and restaurants are just minutes away. NOTICE - If you arrive after dark, we can be a bit tricky to find. We will NOT refund any stays interrupted due to the inability to locate us.

The Terry House, a Federal Townhouse circa 1860, is located in historic New Castle, Delaware. This room is on the 2nd floor, featuring a historical nautical theme in one room and historical classic cars in the other room. This suite features, a queen and a full beds as well as private baths and a mini fridge in each room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor to work, hangout, or play games. ** Not serving breakfast at the moment.

1867 Parkview Inn and Dugan House Restaurant

Located in the heart of historic downtown Owego, NY the Inn has been meticulously renovated (completed in 2019) and duplicates the original mid-Victorian feel. Maxfield Inn, 1841 restored Mansion - Sumner Suite

The Maxfield Inn is a restored Mansion built in the 1830's. It is located on 105 North Main Street, Naples, NY. It is within walking distance of restaurants, 2 wineries, 2 craft beer breweries and a Distillery. Each room is decorated with restored antique pieces. Guests have the option to order a full breakfast for an additional $40 per room per morning. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you would like us to prepare that for you!
