A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). The updated cabin is complete with all new appliances, beds and furniture. *Note that the maximum number of guests on the property is 4 due to strict covenants with the neighbors. Also, guests are not permitted to bring or park power boats on the dock/property due to insurance.
