A quiet and private oasis overlooking native bush on our farm in Banks Peninsula. A unique, off the grid experience in our warm (centrally heated) and luxurious, brand new caravan. Gaze at the stars in your own little paradise whilst soaking in our private outdoor bath and/or enjoy exploring the spectacular bays around Banks Peninsula. Our 1/2 acre section is fully fenced so that your pet (if bringing) can roam freely. Even though we are off grid, we have great internet access (fast WIFI).

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Opawaho retreat - private self contained space

Opawaho retreat offers a peaceful, private, self contained place to stay in our large family home. We are close to the city centre (3km) and surrounding recreation hotspots of Canterbury (ski fields 90 min drive). Tucked away in a leafy section boasting both privacy & delightful birdsong. Cafes a plenty to satisfy the caffeine & baked goods lovers plus the local supermarket is only a 10-15 min walk depending on your pace. Bus stops also dotted around taking you to the city & beyond.
