Access to washer/dryer on suite (shared with one neighbor).

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

Just a short drive to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, the airport & only 5 minutes from I-26. This is a newly renovated, up-to-date condo in a quiet little neighborhood. The space is fully functional for 4 adults. There is a community pool that all guests will have access to for the duration of their stay. No pets, unregistered guests, parties or gatherings allowed.

Perfectly located two minutes from the Beach and Fifteen minutes to Downtown Charleston and roughly twenty-five minutes to the Airport. Our newly renovated condo is the best location for those wanting to explore all that Charleston has to offer. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a spacious porch for you to enjoy a meal and the warm breeze. This is the perfect beach getaway.

Private Pet Friendly Condo

Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally-located place. Walk to the marsh at the end of the street or put in a small boat/kayak at the next street over! This condo is recently renovated but the building is from the 50s so it's not flawless. Simply furnished and the furniture is vintage(ish). It's a clean, comfy spot surrounded by nature smack in the middle of all Charleston has to offer (12min to downtown, 10min to Park Circle, 20-35min to beaches).
