Totally separate, air conditioned part of my house with it’s own private entrance and outdoor area. Minimal (if any) interaction with the host. One minute walk to a very beautiful beach. This funky little room is fantastic for one person, and ok for couples if they are fine in a small space with limited kitchen and storage. Beautiful private outdoor shower in your own courtyard. Great for hot showers under the stars. Not suitable for two people unless they are an intimate couple.

Set on a corner block in a quiet residential street, it is an ideal retreat from bustling Byron.The village of Suffolk Park, 5 minutes walk away, supplies almost everything you need. We have plenty of beach gear for interstate and international guests: beach towels, shade tents, sand chairs, rugs, yoga mats etc. A desk chair and laptop table is available if required. Private tiny house with a sun filled courtyard and its own entrance, set in a quiet street with easy street parking. Short walk to the beach, pub, bakery, supermarket and bus stops. Inside features a spacious bathroom with a large shower, reverse cycle air conditioning and all the essentials. There is also an outdoor shower for a quick rinse after the beach. Clean and relaxed, with a feel guests rate highly.
