The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Apartment Swedish Charm is situated on a lakeside property with access to our dock, paddle boards, sauna, the canoe, and other outdoor activities. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. It is an independent unit but is part of our home. The bus stop is 200 meters away . Lägenhet ligger centralt i Mariefreds stadskärna nära till Gripsholms Slott och Mälarens unika möjlighet till bad och båtutflykter. Tåget till Stockholm tar 40 minuter. Lägenheten har egen ingång från gården. På entréplanet finns en rymlig hall och ett stort badrum med dusch, WC, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. På övre våningen finns ett välutrustat kök, WC, två sovrum och balkong med utsikt över Gripsholms slott. Uthyres minst tre nätter eller mer. Finns andra önskemål, konakat värden.

Cosy and romantic old fashioned appartment in traditional area just outside the port of Stockholm that has an ambiance of a small town. Private upper floor with two beds twelve minutes with subway from Stockholm Central station. Perfect for a single person, a couple with a small baby. Like being on the country side, but on the same time in the middle of the city.

Nära till pendeltågsstationen och 2 hållplatser till Stockholm City. Mataffär och restauranger finns i kvarteret och det är promenadavstånd till Mall Of Scandinavia och Friends Arena. Ett boende som passar för övernattning och enklare matlagning.

Gavlellägenheten ligger väldigt centralt i Sigtuna Stad. Ni har gångavstånd till hela Sigtunas Stadskärna och hela stadens kultur och restauranger. Mariakyrkan ser man från sitt fönster. Ni har ca 100 m till buss både mot Stockholm och Uppsala. Även gångavstånd till bl a Gym och Padelhall. Utanför sin entré har man tillgång till altan och parkering.
