There will be some toiletries and condiments for your use. We are based just outside of Lisburn on a 1 acre site surrounded by fields, the area is extremely peaceful.

Hi, I’m Craig. The house is 15 minutes away from both Belfast Airports. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, big kitchen , own driveway, lock box for check-in and euro spar. Lisburn City Centre round the corner. Eikon Centre round the corner. Straight road to Belfast. Giants Causeway and Mourne Mountains a pleasant drive/bus/train away. List of other attractions and their directions available at the house. Our self catering apartment, Spruce Cottage is compact and traditional. The cottage has one bedroom with two single beds, with an adjoining bathroom that has a walk in shower and bath. The living area has a bed settee and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have free use of the farms play areas, tennis court and foot golf course. Children supervision required.

Renovated stone building with spiral staircase originally the National School house, wonderful views of rolling fields with private parking yet close to train station and Lagan tow path,10 minutes to Malone Golf Club, 20 minutes drive to Belfast. As we are a rural location we recommend that you have a car.
