We are located just 7 miles off I-25 Walsenburg exit 49 with plenty of privacy and room to slow down and relax! We welcome guests of all backgrounds and your well behaved canine friends too. Nestled in the heart of Chicosa Canyon is filled with wildlife and has many interesting rock formations and stone carvings. Go exploring this 65 acre property that is filled with natural wonders including a cave. Also a great place to see ufo's/ uap's in the star filled sky. We are close to the area that was featured on Beyond Skinwalker Ranch three times.

Off the scenic byway 'Highway of Legends' (Highway 12) and next to the Cokedale mining museum and post office, it's just 6 miles from the bustle of Trinidad with its restaurants, historic sites and shops (420 and other) and also 8 miles to Walmart in Starkville.

Located on the bank of the Cucharas River, the River's Bend ideal mountain retreat is geared for a family vacation, or personal restorative get away. This two beadroom, 3 bath cabin can accomadate up to six guests in the main cabin with use of the luxury cots in the spacious sunroom. With special arrangements, the detatched Sleeping Hut outfitted with queen bed and sleeping loft offers additional beds and the best sleep you will ever experience!
