We are nestled in one of Atlanta's best intown neighborhoods. Our space is designed with luxury hospitality in mind: great Wifi, a full kitchen stocked with local coffee from Portrait, a Saatva king bed with high quality linens, and a pool. At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Climb the stairs on the rear of the house (40+ total steps, please be prepared) and feel like you're climbing into the vibrant Atlanta canopy. View the sunrise from full height picture windows. Enjoy our cozy carriage house apartment nestled among the trees & filled with gorgeous natural light. This 2nd story apartment was built in 2021 with dark oak floors, bright quartz countertops, and a mixture of modern and vintage furniture. Art throughout the apartment was created by picture book illustrators. The appliances are all new including a dishwasher and a combo washer/dryer unit. Abundant street parking is available and this home is located just half a mile from downtown Decatur.
