What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

We are 5 minutes from Dameron Hospital,Ports Stadium and Stockton Arena. Walking distance to the UOP and Groceries stores, restaurants and gas stations. And 2 minutes away from I-5

Classic Vintage Architecture 1 Bedroom Apartment

Our quiet, peaceful apartment features modern kitchen, pantry, large living room, work-space area, breakfast nook, back yard, street parking, 5 minutes to Haggin Museum, University of the Pacific, Dameron Hospital, Dignity Health/St. Joseph's Hospital. 15 minutes to SJ County Hospital, Lodi Wineries and restaurants, 45 minutes to Sacramento, to Livermore Premium Outlets, 90 minutes to San Francisco or to the Napa Valley Wine Train. While on vacation resting and relaxing here is an easy option.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

A very magical place we call home. Nestled in the middle of 20 acres of established walnut trees, lies your new favorite getaway! You can simply sit back and chill in the beautiful Orchard House or come outside and enjoy the patio/pool/barbecue/ fire pit and spa. One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

Picturesque views of horse pasture, vineyards and the Sierras in the distance.Close to lake Camanche, many wineries, and beautiful farms. While we are getting our organic farm up and going we are offering special pricing. We will likely be planting a lot of trees or setting up our vineyard during the next few months.We have Nigerian dwarf goats, chickens, mini highland cows and babydoll lambs

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It’s a modern studio in a country setting but only minutes away from downtown Lodi. The space has a private entrance with an exclusive deck. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Allow the photos to speak to you. Welcome to our home, our Desiderata! My husband and I are busy empty nesters. I am a retired RN and a constant gardener. My husband works from home. We are easy going and are available when needed via text or in person.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!
