Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Sprouse House

Located in semi rural area near University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. 7 miles from Washington State University. Great views of the Palouse; easy access to town and schools. Comfortable 900 sq ft apartment with separate entrance from main house. Are you coming into town for business at the U of I, WSU or SEL? This would be a great place to spend several days to a week. Grandma’s Farmhouse

1950s farmhouse. Kept to almost original as when grandma lived there. Knotty pine walls and vintage linoleum. Throughout the house, there are vintage photos and family history posted. It is by no means fancy but it is clean. We are located in Steptoe Wa but is surrounded by farm fields and a seed plant behind. Agriculture area so be aware that dust may be present and farm equipment near by. * note- exterior will be remodeled and painted as soon as weather allows.

Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
