The entire main floor is yours. In one of the best neighborhoods in Canada. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants and pubs in Winnipeg. A block from a grocery store and a few from downtown. Fireplace is only decorative. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. I live on the second and the third floor. The house is over 100 years old. There are four doors to the suite. Two outside doors, 1 to basement and 1 to the upstairs, which only I have access to. The windows are not operable.

A quiet farmyard. It is situated half mile North of Neubergthal-a national Heritage site. The Red Granary was a building used for storing grain, and it was red and it had green doors. It is an original style from the early 1900’s We live on the same farmyard with 3 dogs and farm animals. But we each have our own space. Whether a guest wants to interact or wants privacy, both are easily attainable and respected. You MUST register your dog as a guest.
