You'll have the entire townhome just for you and your guests. The community has an outdoor pool (not heated) and barbecue area (charcoal grills) and a key is provided in the townhome. We have a washer and dryer provided inside the townhome. It’s easily accessible from a closet in the kitchen area. We once lived in this home, but have relocated just a few blocks away. Uber and Lyft are easy and affordable methods of transportation in this area. If you're planning to rent a car, there are two parking spaces available in the unit's covered carport and additional parking nearby. There is also convenient access to public transit, taxi, and bike lanes.
