In the heart of Solihull, walks to Knowle pubs/restaurants are on the doorstep, while Warwick and Stratford-u-Avon are nearby.

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Rural Dog Friendly Derbyshire Cottage

What used to be an old working farm has now been turned into its own little holiday village. Guests will enjoy the home comforts of open plan ground floor, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining & lounge area and the first floor has two bedrooms, one en-suite & a family separate bathroom. Within walking distance of the popular Carsington Water. Dog friendly, accepting 2 x dogs, a fee of £30.00 per dog is payable (not included in price). Please ask to see our dog rules prior to booking.
