It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

Opt for the secluded Crescent Beach to the East or the Atlantic Intracoastal H2Oway to the West, a perfect spot to drop-in a H2O craft or sea a spectacular sunset via the Green Street boat ramp. Upon booking the H2O Weekender a 5.0% Tourist Development Tax will be collected in addition to your booking rate imposed by St. Johns County.

The Surf Shed - Unique Luxury stay

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to live in a Tiny House? Now is your chance to find out! This brand new luxury tiny home is only 320 sq ft! It is surrounded by privacy fencing with a large deck and fire pit, queen size loft bed and full sleeper sofa, spacious bathroom, full kitchenette. Fast WiFi. Entertainment features include a 42” TV with Streaming services and sound system. Only a 7 min drive or Uber to all the action downtown and a 10 min drive to the beach. Dogs are welcome.
