The Coach House, Waterbeck

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This property is an original Victorian Coach House which was converted in the early 2000s. If you want a romantic, rural retreat, somewhere to enjoy country life and rural pursuits then this is the ideal property for you! Alternatively, if you need to utilise the Coach House as a workplace away from home there are desks and WiFi available. The accommodation is tastefully decorated throughout and offers all necessary mod-cons for your stay.

Beautiful 2 bed Lodge with woodland + stream view

The Hide Lodge is a stylish space, designed with relaxing and retreating in mind. It is cosy and warm with underfloor heating. The open plan lounge and living area has full width bi-fold doors, which allows the space to be fully opened up to feel like part of the woodland beyond. The main bedroom boasts sliding french doors, also overlooking the woodland and stream, with a bath placed to enjoy this view. There is a private terrace and patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining or star-gazing.

Cleugh Foot - A Pink 3-Bed Rural Cumbrian Cottage

Cleugh Foot (pronounced Clue Foot) is one of the original buildings on the Netherby Estate, overlooking acres of parkland along the River Esk. Painted pink, this beautiful bolthole can be found down your very own driveway in amongst the trees... with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en-suite), sitting room with wood burner, utility room, entranceway, kitchen and dining area. Outside, find a pergola with hot tub and dining area and an enclosed dog area with firepit!

The 'Green House' is a charming wood panelled annex cottage dating from the 1920s. It is in a quiet, rural location, but still close to the M74 so a perfect stop en-route to northern Scotland or southwards to the border and England. It has an AGA, central heating, king-size beds with electric blankets, private parking, full cooking facilities and utilities, as well as it's own 'private use' garden facilities with views over sheep farms and the Moffat Hills.

The Fold is a unique, hand-crafted shepherds hut situated on the site of a 200 year old sheepfold. Nestled at the top of a small Christmas tree farm in the rolling hills of Dumfries and Galloway, this beautifully styled retreat offers a peaceful, cosy space to relax and switch off from the world. Take a stroll through the wild meadows down to the working flower farm or unwind on the veranda and take in the stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

Mount Farm - Tom's Place, Detached Guest Suite

Welcome to Tom's place, a detached guest suite situated on our farm. We are dog friendly, and can accept one small dog in this accommodation at a small additional charge of £10. We have other accommodation available for more than one or larger dogs - please just ask. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided with your stay. Blackford is a peaceful place to stay, close by to the M6, Lake District, Borders and Hadrians Wall.

We also have The Firkin Hell, a private pub on site which you will get exclusive use of during your stay for music, karaoke, darts and retro games machine. BYOB as we are unable to sell alcohol. Perfect for a romantic couples retreat.
