Gemütliche Erdgeschoss-Wohnung für bis zu 6 Personen (60 m²) mit sehr schönem Seeblick. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert, wobei der urige und rustikale Charme erhalten wurde. Die Wohnung ist praktisch aufgeteilt mit einer Wohnküche, einem Badezimmer, einem separaten Gäste WC und zwei Schlafzimmern. Jeweils mit modernem Boxspringbetten, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel und Flat-TV. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt zusätzlich über ein Stockbett. Zwei Parkplätze und ein Raum für ihre Fahrräder sind vorhanden.

The peaceful location is ideal for relaxation and as a starting point for summer and winter activities. We offer free use of two e-bikes and invite our guests, if possible, to sail on our yacht.

Haus Otis is a 2 bedroom holiday apartment located at the top of Alexanderhofstrasse in Millstatt. From here the apartment offers fantastic views of both lake Millstatt and the Carinthian Mountains. It is a fantastic area to visit all year. Winter allows for skiing in several nearby ski resorts, Summer is where the lake becomes the main attraction, and hiking is available all year round.

Am Weissensee in Kärnten, umgeben von den Gailtaler Alpen liegt das Landhäusl in Neusach. Das 90m² große Häuschen liegt etwas erhöht, ruhig, sonnig, jedoch nicht abgelegen. Bis zum hauseigenen Badestrand sind es ca. 300m. Zwei Kajaks, ein Stand Up Paddle und ein Floß sorgen für einen abwechslungsreichen Badespaß. Der Strand ist kindgerecht, das Wasser ist am Einstieg nur ca. 80cm hoch.

Das Apartment befindet sich in den Kärntner Nockbergen im Ortszentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Skigebiet Bad Kleinkirchheim mit zwei Thermen in 10 Minuten mit dem PKW. Für Sportliche: Radfahren, Wandern, Klettern, Bergsteigen, Skifahren, Skitouren, Paragliding, Eislaufen. Nach talien und Slowenien 40 Minuten.
