Tolley Lodge, an idyllic place to stay, located on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from our spring fed lake. Own private garden, wood-fired hot tub and uninterrupted views of open pasture and the South Downs. There's plenty of logs for your own private hot tub and firepit (gas bbq supplied as well). You can also hire our WOOD-FIRED SAUNA; a perfect addition with a wild swim in our spring fed lake. Private sessions from £30 can be booked during your stay. Dogs are welcome on leads.

There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Set in a quiet, rural location within walking distance of the historic village of Ripe, near Lewes, East Sussex. An ideal location for country walks and cycling with local restaurants and pubs nearby. Within easy reach of the coast, the towns of Lewes, Brighton and Eastbourne, Glyndebourne Opera House, Michelham Priory, and many other places of historic interest.

Garden Lodge is situated just off the South Downs Way on the edge of Alfriston village. Sited in the back garden of the main house there is access to a private patio area and to the garden. There is farm land bordering the property with views to the Downs. Numerous pubs, hotels and shops are just five minutes walk away in the village centre. It is very dark here at night so if you are not accustomed to it, think about bringing a torch.
