GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Centrally located so you can park your car and walk to Tedder Avenue, Southport Surf Lifesaving Club, Southport Yacht Club, and Marina Mirage if you wish. Enjoy the beach, the boats, the restaurants and just walking around Main Beach. If you want to go further afield Southport is to the north, and Surfers Paradise to your south. Suitable getaway for one or two people only, but what the place lacks in space it makes up for in character.

Close to bars, restaurants, surf clubs, Star Casino, Cascade Gardens, Gold Coast Convention Centre & Pacific Fair Shopping Centre . There is secure under cover parking. We are only a 5 minute walk to the Glink tram or the bus service. The beautiful Gold Coast beach is only 200m away.
