Top floor of a quiet 4 story walk up condo. Walking distance to transit (c-train/bus), parks, grocery stores, coffee shops, nightlife, great restaurants, and trendy 17th ave and downtown core. You’ll love your stay at my place because it’s quiet, cozy and convenient. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small (30lbs max) furry friends (pets). There is an additional cleaning charge for guests with pets. please note there is no AC in the building.
