Welcome to our private, charming, and truly cozy townhouse with 4 floors, spanning almost 200 m², and featuring a small, cozy, and peaceful backyard where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The house is ideal for both couples and families with older children. It is a unique and functional home with access to the entire house. A great location where most of Copenhagen can be easily reached by public transport. PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to park in our area. A 3-hour parking limit is in effect 24 hours a day. Our house in Valby is not just a place to stay, but also a homely base for exploring Copenhagen, surrounded by nature and with easy access to the city’s amenities. About the House: The ground floor includes an entrance with stairs leading to the first floor, a very large dining room and living room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to our cozy backyard. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a large double bed, a small room with a very large wardrobe where you can store your clothes, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the second floor, there is the house's second bedroom with a double bed and a crib. From the skylight, you can enjoy the view over our garden and the surrounding neighborhood. In our basement, you have free access to a washing machine, dryer, and clothes drying rack. Valby and Surroundings: Valby offers a unique combination of local shops and cozy cafés. Within a short distance, you’ll find Tivoli, the Zoo, as well as Søndermarken, Frederiksberg Gardens, and Frederiksberg Palace and the Horticultural Society's garden. Practical Information about Shopping and Transport: 800 meters to Danshøj or Hvidovre S-train station with 12 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli, and the city center. 100 meters to the bus to Flintholm Metro. 300 meters to electric car charging stations. 900 meters to a shopping center with a pharmacy and grocery stores (open from 7 AM to 10 PM every day). 700 meters to Vigerslevparken with a playground and opportunities for walking, jogging, and cycling. 1000 meters to Damhussøen – where the running route around the lake is one of the most popular running paths in Copenhagen. 2000 meters to Valby center, a wonderfully cozy oasis with many cafés, specialty shops, and a shopping center/Spinderiet.

The architect's own house

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

Villa apartment w/ garden

This beautiful and spacious family villa apartment on 90 square meters with garden, are located close to the metro station, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from the inner city and close to the beach . The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three. On the second floor we are living - Me, my husband Soren and our son Vitus. There are many grocery shops near by, and a lovely park just down the street.

Charmerende bindingsværkshus

I vores charmerende bindingsværkshus, der har en unik historie, er der fred og ro og masser af plads. Fra huset og den store have er der udsigt til vandet. Der er ligeledes en gårdhave med havemøbler og en garage der er holdt i samme stil som huset. Huset er ca. 275 år gammel og har tidligere fungeret som udskænkningssted for det bedre borgerskab. De hyggelige stuer er bevaret med respekt for husets historie. Huset ligger i gåafstand til skov, strand og indkøbsmulighed.

Den gamle smedie på Bogø

Vores sommerhus ligger i Gammelby på Bogø, og er en 225 år gammel meget hyggelig tidligere smedie. Slap af i den hyggelige gårdhave, drik en drink og se solnedgangen på Skåningen, hvor du også kan bade, gå en tur i den flotte bøgeskov og køb dit morgenbrød, pizza og kanelsnurrer hos Bogø Brød i den idylliske havn, hvor du også kan tage færgen Ida til Stubbekøbing. Tag på udflugt til skønne Møn eller bare slap af på fine Bogø, som du kan cykle rundt på 30 minutter

Ferielejlighed tæt på havnen

Skøn ferielejlighed i det naturskønne Nysted. Lejligheden er indrettet i at gammelt bindingsværkshus der stammer tilbage fra 1761. Indrettet med køkken, skøn stue med gammel porcelænskakkelovn, eget badeværelse, hyggelige soveværelse med dobbeltseng, egen udgang til lukket gårdhave. Hyggelig dobbelt alkove, bedst egnet til børn. Egen indgang til lejligheden fra gaden. Ca. 50 m fra havnen. Det hele oser af autentisk byhus romantik.

Huset ligger midt i Stege, og der er ikke langt til badestrande, cykelruter, Camønoen vandreruter, golfbane, Møns Klint, Jydelejet, Liselund, Nyord eller Fanefjord Skov, hvis du vil se vores skønne natur.
